The latest site to join the popular Ivy Collection can be found in Canada Square Park, Canary Wharf. The area might be known for its gleaming skyscrapers and bankers in suits, but this new branch of The Ivy will offer a calming oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the Wharf. We’re excited to share an exclusive preview of the cocktail offering, so read below to discover what guests will be sipping on.
Opening on 16 October, The Ivy in the Park will serve an all-day menu of brasserie food, with cuisines from across the globe. On the menu, you’ll find tempting dishes such as the signature Shepherd’s pie and burrata di bufala with tomatoes and sourdough croutons (pictured above). Dessert meanwhile, is taken care of via the likes of a classic crème brûlée, or baked apple tart with vanilla ice cream and Calvados flambé.

The real star of the show here though is the cocktail offering, which features classic sips alongside more innovative tipples. From the menu, you might find drinks such as the Honeysuckle Daquiri, made with a blend of Havana 3-year-old rum, honey, orange and lemon juice, and finished with edible flowers and mint. Alternatively, opt for the Espresso Martini, which is sweetened with the addition of salted caramel.
You’ll also see a dedicated G&T section, featuring five unique takes on the classic cocktail. One option could be the Jasmine & Peppermint G&T hi-ball (pictured below), which blends Monkey 47 Gin, with Fever-Tree Aromatic tonic and is served over Chartreuse-washed ice, finished with a peppermint mist and Jasmine pearls.
Whatever your drink of choice is, you're sure to find it here – cheers to that.
