Clarkson's Farm reveals season three release date

Clarkson's Farm has finally revealed the release date of its latest season, with the announcement coming almost a year after the release of season two.

The latest season will kick off on Amazon Prime on 3 May 2024, and will see Jeremy Clarkson learning to run Diddly Squat Farm alongside his friend and helper, Kaleb Cooper.

First-look images have also been relased which show Jeremy alongside Diddly Squat Farm team members Gerald Cooper, Lisa Hon and Cheerful Charlie, as well as Cooper.

This year, Jeremy looks to make a profit from his unused farmland after discovering the financial difficulties associated with the industry.

A spokesman for the show said ‘The third series of Clarkson’s Farm finds Diddly Squat facing some seriously daunting challenges.’

‘The crops are failing in the severe hot weather, inflation has driven prices of supplies sky high, dreams for the beloved restaurant are dashed and now the farm shop also faces closure.’

The series began after Jeremy Clarkson, who has previously been known for presenting popular TV shows Top Gear and Who Wants To Be a Millionaire, bought some land in the Cotswolds in 2008, with the farmer who ran it later retiring in 2019. Following this, Clarkson decided to see if he could run the farm himself.

Previous series have seen Jeremy Clarkson navigate through highs and lows, from the opening of the Diddly Squat farm shop and restaurant, to battling Oxfordshire District Council. Indeed, Diddly Squat Restaurant was forced to close last year after his planning permission was rejected by the council.

It was confirmed in November that Amazon have already given the green light for a fourth season, so fans can continue to follow Diddly Squat's story for at least one more year. Production for the fourth season has already begun.
