The head chef, Krishana Prasad Sapkota, began culinary journey in 2002. Since then, this chef has ventured across continents, mastering his craft in the vibrant realms of Indian and Nepalese cuisine. From the heart of Asia to the United Kingdom, his culinary voyage has seen him don various hats, from Tandoori Chef to Head Chef, leaving his flavorful mark. He has graced renowned establishments, including London's esteemed Banaras and Birmingham's celebrated Lasan, sharing the stage with celebrity chefs along his remarkable journey.
Traditional starters include crispy sweet and spicy papri chaat with a whole lot of flavour, served with a variety of chutneys, along with pani puri crispy puffs, chilli paneer which is a popular Indo-Chinese dish, and lamb chops marinated with kashmiri chilli and herbs. Chicken mains include the Namaste chicken bhuna, chef's special chicken tawa and methi chicken. When it comes to lamb, of course, the popular lamb Rogan Josh is on the menu. There are plenty of dishes to share with your loved ones, too, including a meat mixed platter, Bishnu's grand mixed platter and a vegetarian option.
Cocktails are two for £14 until 7pm, and range from the signature Namaste Martini, to the Bombay Elderflower and spicy Royal Highness.
