Indulge in a rich tapestry of flavours at MyLahore, where a renowned menu caters to diverse palates, offering both adventurous tastes and nostalgic culinary journeys. Amidst the hustle of life, take a moment to enjoy the vibrant selection of dishes that encapsulate a colourful, and wonderful foodie heaven.
Although rooted in Yorkshire, MyLahore was made from the story of two men, who in 1964, migrated to the UK with very little to their name. Farman Ali and Mohammed Farooq's children developed aspirations to follow in the footsteps of their fathers with a fresh way of thinking, and MyLahore was opened in 2002. MyLahore thrives in the realm of small kitchens and immense hearts. Here, families can enjoy everything from samosas to shepherd's pie, karahis to cornflake tarts — an embodiment of a truly British Asian story that yearns to be shared.
The team’s passion lies in uniting people through exceptional food and enriching experiences Inspired by the pioneering spirit of migrants who paved the way, they aim to impart positivity to those who follow in their footsteps. Embrace the spice of life at MyLahore, where traditional flavours receive a modern twist and a personal touch. With a commitment to using the finest and freshest ingredients, the menu’s 100% halal choices invite you to a culinary journey that transcends boundaries between Asian and British cuisine.
The menu kicks off with a page of mocktails and fresh juices, including the Strawberry Heaven made with peach, lemon, cranberry, mint, and of course, strawberry. Then, enjoy a starter of six fresh button mushrooms filled with a blend of melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese, garlic and thyme, before a main of sindhi biryani - long grain aromatic basmati rice with herbs and spices, steam cooked with fresh lime, green chillies, mint and coriander, served with a choice of raita or rich curry sauce.
