Using only fresh, high-quality ingredients, the restaurant offers morning (and late morning) dishes such as a classic full English (don’t worry, there’s a veggie version too), iconic Mediterranean shakshuka, Must’s pancakes with mixed berries and maple syrup, and the temptingly named ‘the brunch you must try’, which boasts beetroot hummus, two boreks, patatas bravas, padron peppers, portobello mushroom, fried egg, and sweet chilli sauce. Of course, brunch wouldn’t be complete without bubbly, but for those on a healthier kick, fresh smoothies like the Groovy Green and the Strawberry Sunshine are a fresh complement to the meal.
When nightime comes, gone is the breakfast and brunch menu and out comes the popular tapas menu, with a handful of carefully curated sharing plates. Diners may enjoy small plates such as grilled asparagus with parmesan and pomegranate sauce, anatolian kofte with marinated lamb and beef mince with smoked peppers, tomatoes, and rosemary, and the pan fried Spanish chorizo, with a sweet potato puree.
