The spacious Longstone Restaurant, situated within the main hotel, offers guests a traditional dining experience with a tranquil atmosphere and excellent customer care.
The menus make use of quality vegetables, and fresh meat & game sourced from local award-winning butchers. The menus change seasonally and are supplemented by a daily specials board which makes extensive use of fresh fish.
All the dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order by our team of Chefs. ‘Chicken Hartington’ and ‘Monsal Wellington’ are year-round favourites, but new for this season are root vegetable lasagne, char grilled fillet of sea bass with mussels, oregano & garlic marinated roasted lamb rump, and many other mouth watering dishes
