Tacos are made with corn tortillas, and there are plenty of incredible flavour pairings to choose from. The vegan calabaza tacos are made with mushrooms, butter beans, a tomato base, mixed peppers and onion, and a popular veggie option is the espinacas with spinach, potato, garlic, pickled red onion and chilli. Two of the most popular taco filling options have to be the fresh Scottish fish with Mexican tempura and chipotle garlic mayo, and the braised pork leg marinated in achiote seeds with black beans and pico mezcal.
Fries come loaded with pulled beef, birria, chorizo mince or chilli beef, and a crunchy, refreshing chicken caesar salad pairs beautifully with any of the tacos, gorditas or taquitos. The taquitos are deep fried, rolled tacos that are served with cheese, lettuce, chipotle mayo and your choice of filling. If you want to pump up your main, then order a selection of the delicious sides to enjoy amongst the table. There are options of pickled veggies, Oaxacan style beans with avocado leaves, epazote and tortilla chips, and fresh corn with a jalapenos mayonnaise, fresh cheese and chilli powder.
