About

Manahatta is a New York inspired cocktail bar on Temple Street in Birmingham serving killer cocktails, epic brunches and an indulgent all-day menu. Whether you’re planning to celebrate a birthday with bottomless brunch, or fancy catching up with a mate over 2-4-1 cocktails, Manahatta is guaranteed to bring the party vibes. You can now find its cocktail bars all over the UK, including Leeds, Harrogate, York, Manchester and Sheffield.

Although Manahatta is best known for its eclectic cocktail list, you’ll also find an extensive food menu offering everything from nibbles to brunch plates to indulgent desserts. All American classics include burgers and hotdogs aplenty, but you’ll find a wealth of global favourites on offer too, from karaage chicken ramen to salmon tacos. Desserts are just as indulgent and include the likes of a heart attack-inducing caramel cookie dough brownie with vanilla ice cream.

Brunch and lunch plates are served until 4pm and include a chicken and bacon pancake stack with maple syrup, smashed avocado and poached eggs on sourdough, and a ‘You Had Me at Halloumi’ bagel. Fancy levelling up your brunch? Bottomless brunch is served every day and includes an NYC-inspired meal with free-flowing drinks. Choose from prosecco, cocktails or beers.

The New York-inspired cocktail list features creations inspired by Manhattan, Staten Island, Brookyln and The Bronx. From a Watermelon Sugar featuring vodka, melon, mango, lemon and soda, to a Booty Call mixing vodka, Chambord raspberry liqueur, peach, orange, pineapple and cranberry. People also go wild for its famous Manahatta trees, which sees six cocktails served on a glamorous tree-shaped server. One for the ‘Gram, we think? Elsewhere, discover hard seltzers, mocktails, spirits, sparkling and wine.

Need another reason to visit? It serves a 2-4-1 happy hour Sunday to Friday – all day.
