From the people behind Zetter Townhouse comes intentionally-misspelled The Pilgrm, a boutique hotel and restaurant in Paddington’s Norfolk Square. Lounge at The Pilgrm features an all-day international menu, with several guest appearances from Borough Market vendors. At breakfast, you’ll find the likes of kimchi rice and tea-poached egg, along with Welsh rarebit and traditional pastries, yoghurts and Virgin Mary cocktails. Come evening, the cuisine-leaping menu moves between British charcuterie from Cannon & Cannon, to ramen with crispy pork, and a ‘dahl of the day’. There’s also a late-night menu featuring warming soups with bread from Bread Ahead and a mushroom and dolcelatte cheese toastie. Lounge regularly collaborates with bars around the world, so expect cocktails such as The Silvertone from Dallas bar Midnight Rambler (gin, vermouth and house orange bitters) and The Reverse Martinez by The Clumsies bar in Athens, which mixes rose vermouth, gin, Maraschino liqueur and bitters.
