From the people behind Red Dog Saloon, this new restaurant (located in Red Dog Saloon’s basement) serves up the lesser-known version of southern fried chicken, namely the Nashville fried chicken. It has cayenne pepper in the batter, making it more fiery than normal, hence Louie's promise of ‘hot chicken’. It’s served atop slices of white bread with pickled chips, but the aim is to be fully bespoke, so everyone can decide on their level of spice. There are chicken burgers, too, alongside a range of sides.
