The restaurant, bar and nightclub puts on a renowned show that features extraordinary acts and world class performers in dance, theatre, erotica, and acrobatics. A set up that was put together by Attila Kalanyos, the former executive chef of Kensington Palace, the menu is full with flavours of the Mediterranean. Romain Audrerie, the former wine director at the prestigious Chiltern Firehouse, is the master behind the wine selection — each bottle in the collection tells a story of vinicultural excellence. On Fridays and Saturdays, after dinner, the main room transforms into a stunning club space and can accommodate over 700 guests, playing host to many renowned DJs, London favourites, and exclusive Lío-owned nights.
The kisses of pleasure menu begins with hand carved jamon de Bellota, before a beef tartare with potato pave and oscietra caviar, and 000 Cantabrian anchovies. Next up is the stone bass ceviche with padron pepper and jalapeno tiger's milk, the white asparagus salad with walnuts, figs, black truffle and Sarawak pepper, and Carabinero Scarlet prawns a la plancha with sofrito. Other dishes on the menu include the tuna tartare with guacamole, tortillas, lime kosho and finger limes, along with the grilled extra large scallops with burnt romesco, and red mullet cooked in an XO butter sauce.
If you're staying for dessert try the crema catalana with apple and cinnamon, the pistachio tiramisu, or golden burnt cheesecake with a sprinkle of gold dust. Other desserts include a refreshing fresh fruit platter, ice cream and sorbet selection and tart dark chocolate mousse with sour cherries.
