Le Hatch is a restaurant operating within Dover Christ Church Academy. It will be opening on the first Thursday of the month offering à la carte food at a competitive price. It is managed by professional chef and teacher Mr Carswell, who has over 25 years’ experience within the hospitality industry. Dover Christ Church runs a chef’s academy where students can study up to a Level 2 BTEC Extended Diploma in Professional Cookery. Students enrolled on the course have been busy learning their skills and now have the knowledge to create a 3 course meal to a professional standard.
The menu will change on a monthly basis and should suit all needs, there will be a 3 course set menu for £15. As you will see from our menu we offer a wide selection of freshly cooked dishes at an attractive price owing to reduced overheads.
