Land & Sea is a family run business in the heart of Polmont. Owner Susan Ord has been in the Fish & Chip Industry since she was at Primary School and used to enjoy the classic deep fried pizza on a lunchtime. She took over the business in 1998 and it has grown from strength to strength in delivering our National Dish 'Fish & Chips'.
The business has held the Friers Quality Award since 2000 and was Scotland's National Winner for Fish & Chip Shop of the Year in 2005.
We hold strong family values, work with pride whilst respecting our people, our community and our oceans by only using fish from sustainable sources. Land & Sea are holders of the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) license, one of only 3 chippies in Scotland. We care about our environment, our fish stocks and will endeavour to ensure we can 'Do the right thing' by all means
