If you fancy being mis-informed and shouted at by totally unknowledgeable staff then La Rueda is the place for you.
If you fancy a kiddie's disco whilst attempting to eat a meal then once again La Rueda is the place for you.
If, on the other hand you fancy a good Spanish meal served by friendly staff, who know about food and the way customers should be treated then you should avoid La Rueda at all costs.
I and 8 members of my family attempted to eat there last Saturday - the food and the service was atrocious and when we complained about it, the waitress/manager accused us all of complaining so that we could hopefully get a free meal by doing so.
I am a trained chef and owned a restaurant in Central London for a number of years - my daughter works in the catering industry and knows the business inside out. My wife, who is part Spanish was accused of not understanding the Spanish menu - she was also accused of being "old" - she is in her early 50s.
At the end of the day we paid our bill and left, vowing never to return there again. I suggest you save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this most unfriendly and incompetent place to start with.
