Kaya offers a place of tranquility and comfort in the beautiful surroundings of Horsham Park. It's safe to say that Kaya is one of those Instagrammable cafe's with wicker furniture, marbled counters, Scandinavian interiors, neon signs and feature dark walls. The gorgeous setting makes this the perfect place for a birthday brunch, a date, or a calming catch up with friends over some of Kaya's exceptional coffee.
Established only in 2020, Kaya is a recent addition to West Sussex's culinary scene. As an independent cafe, Kaya has worked hard to make a name for itself as a place to retreat, relax, refuel and revive by experiencing the offering of food and drink that marries together nourishment and indulgence in all the right ways.
Fundamental to Kaya's concept, is the love of people, social interaction and community spirit drawn from their South African heritage. It is no surprise to see that their dinner menu offers a range of small plates to share, such as halloumi, antipasti and flatbreads, to encourage this communal dining experience.
Throughout the day, Kaya delivers an all-day brunch menu with a selection of freshly baked pastries and cakes. The team pride themselves on a nutritional start to the day, offering granola bowls, fruit salad and avocado on toast. Of course, you'll also find indulgent plates of bacon, sausage and egg or a cheesy croque monsieur.
At lunch time, the menu is truly eclectic with sandwiches, salads, pasta and burgers all available and ready to please every pallet. In the evening, you'll find some cross overs with the lunch offering but the dinner menu goes once step further with elevated plates of South African flavours. Delicate lamb shoulder comes pulled and spiced with a bean chilli, mojo salsa, crushed avocado, crispy tortilla chips and a cooling dollop of sour cream.
