NOT Suitable For Vegans

Not allowed entrance to the restaurant due to a friend’s dairy intolerance. The staff stated that they could not guarantee there would be no cross-contamination due to a recent change in the restaurant's supplier.

I understand that the staff had been properly informed by the suppliers, but it appears that the necessary changes had not been made to the menu, meaning that anything on the menu stated as ‘vegan’ could potentially contain animal products. This is a serious issue and goes against proper regulations and procedures for restaurants offering vegan options.

I would like to bring this matter to your attention, and I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. If a restaurant offers a specific menu, it should be able to accommodate those who choose to order from it.

Food wasn't good. The beef tasted quite greasy and the seasoning on the fries was a bit strange.  I think the staff have lost the concept; there's a difference with being rude and unhelpful and being a pain in the arse.  Lots of repetitive jokes ie moving food and chairs from our table- once was quite funny 3 times wasn't remotely amusing.  Asking whether we still had sex with our partners wasn't a least bit shocking and wasn't at all relevant to the conversation we were having. Also suggesting that my husband was at home killing himself I thought wasn't really relevant and again not an intelligent or shocking thing to say.  Quite worrying particularly if some patrons do have partners at home who are suffering with their mental health (which in the current climate seems to be a good percentage of the population these days).  I'm thick skinned and nothing much shocks or offends but maybe they go a bit far; not for me particularly because I couldn't care a toss what people say or do to me.  Staff hung around at our table for the duration of our meal and just weren't funny.  Expectation to join in with a silly wheel game and a happy birthday song which wasn't remotely funny.  Concept not fully understood not just by the staff!  Food not good. Once done no desire to revisit.  Can see this as a one trip pony experience and I can't see this chain lasting too long in the UK.

I want to see your manger Karen.

The food was horrible, the Burgers were drier than my Nan. Chips weren't much better (seasoning was Gross)  . The milkshakes are amazing. 100% recommend the oreo.

The prices for the food was fair and the portions were a good size. They also had quick service.

We left disappointed with the overall experience. We felt like there wasn't much interaction from staff and we was put In a corner out the way, when there was seats able else where. And our table rocked more than a crazy person locked in psychiatric ward.
