Il Mirto is owned and run by Enea who is from Sardinia, Italy. Enea has a passion for food and cooking, apparent in their home-made pasta and pizzas. He’has come over from Italy to share the fruits of his traditional Sardinian cooking techniques with you!
Il Mirto is named after a natural evergreen shrub common in Sardinia, Myrtle, used to make a fine liqueur, which the brothers are fond of.
It’s situated just around the corner to East Dulwich rail station, off the busy road for a relaxed dining atmosphere.
