The sushi menu is served from Wednesday through to Sunday, and contains starters of stone bass ceviche with yuzu ponzu and ikura, or bluefin tuna tartare with filo pastry and orange miso sauce. Sashimi includes the torched hand dived scallop and Scottish salmon, whilst the nigiri comes in the form of bluefin tuna chutoro and carabinero prawns.
