Hickory's Smokehouse in West Kirby is an authentic American BBQ restaurant right here on the Wirral. You can enjoy a traditional style of cooking that has it's roots in the US but which we love to
recreate here. We use specially imported smoker ovens to slow cook our meats until packed with flavour and fall off the bone tender. For the brave, we have some of the hottest chicken wings around!
