To begin your meal, enjoy a selection of starters, including the fresh asparagus with poached hens egg and hollandaise sauce, or the Scottish smoked salmon with capers, onion and lemon. Other options include the parma ham and buffalo mozzarella with tomato and basil salsa, or beetroot and apple salad with toasted pistachios and a honey mustard dressing. Next up are the mains, and you're spoilt for choice. The risotto verde is made with fresh asparagus, lemon and garden peas, whilst the creamy linguine is served with prosciutto, wilted baby spinach and a carbonara sauce. Other options include the pan fried hake fillet with sauce vierge, baby new potatoes and rocket leaves, and a Mediterranean tart with melted mozzarella, courgette, aubergine, red pepper, roast vine cherry tomatoes and served with a rocket salad and pesto dressing.
For an after dinner cocktail, try the Mexican Rose Martini made with Tequila Rose and Olmeca Silver, shaken with double cream and layered with grenadine. For pudding, try the plum and almond crumble with fresh custard, a raspberry and white chocolate brulee cheesecake, or Belgian chocolate truffle cake with a light chocolate sauce.
