In the culinary climate of today where everybody tries to impress with special effects and often gimmicks we have decided to go in the opposite direction and try to rediscover the pleasure of simple dishes, our own original recipes and the essence of homemade preparation.
Our quest is to bring to the table a selection of traditional regional dishes, the backbone of world-renowned Italian cuisine.
We get our supplies from the local markets Billingsgate and New Covent Garden, where chefs gain additional inspiration for the menu and the special dishes of day.
