Our famous, thick cut chips are twice fried for taste & texture. We use the best potatoes of the season, from our long standing local merchants Gwyn Morris and Son. Great fish and chips also need the best oil. We are the only Fish & chip outlets in the WORLD to use our special blend high-oleic sunflower oil: good for your heart (when consumed in moderation)
