Doing rather more than it says on the tin, the ELLC is stretching its wings beyond making great spirits (gin, rum, vodka and rum all feature) and is now serving food as well. The menu has a definite Italian accent, led by the pizza oven and backed up with sharing plates, which is just the thing to keep you in check as you sample its plethora of drinks and cocktails. With its bare brick walls and marble tables, it looks just the part for cool, gritty, East London. In the restaurant, you can expect the same laid-back, chilled attitude that pervades the bar.
