Dalvi's

First time at Dalvee and we absolutely loved the whole experience- the warm welcome, the food, the atmosphere, the service and then lady chef ( can't remember the name) who is award winning in whole of North of England, came to see us and checked whether everything was okay for us. That was a nice touch.

I ordered pork vindaloo mild and it was actually absolutely spot on and my husband ordered spicy pork vindaloo. Seriously the flavours were insane. Mine was perfectly mild and my husband's was spicy enough. This restaurant is unique and definitely needs to be in top restaurants list. 

The best in not in lancashire but actually in whole of U.K. and I have been to a lot of Michelin Indian Restaurant.

Dalvee Restaurant is one of the best contemporary Indian Restaurants in Lancashire led by an award winning chef Seema Dalvi. Even BBC reporter Faisal Islam said the restaurant is unique and dishes can be personalised which no Indian restaurants offer. Ever dish is cooked and presented to perfection. 

The Best Indian restaurant by far in Lancashire. The menu is short but there is something for everyone. The best thing is the menu changes every two weeks. The menu represents not only dishes from India but a lot of fusion dishes too. What I like the most is Dalvi's flavoursome spice pot- You can make your curry as spicy as you like without compromising on flavours which I don't think any restaurants in this country doing it.  

You don't feel bloated at all and you don't feel thirsty at night too as you do when you go to so many reputed restaurants.  And Chef Dalvi comes out and talks to her guests too. What a lady! not sure why is she not on TV! 

If you haven't tried Dalvi's, seriously you are missing out on something.
