Crust Bros. serves authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas from sites across London, blending traditional techniques with its own modern updates. The Waterloo branch was the company’s first and remains its flagship site, with over 1,000,000 pizzas sold from this location to date.
Personalised pizza is at the heart of Crust Bros’ offering. Diners can choose from over 30 ingredients and customise everything from the dough to the sauce. This presents the chance to stray away from the classic mozzarella and tomato and into sauces like pesto and cheeses such as gorgonzola or goat’s.
There’s also a strong line up of pre-created toppings to choose from. Highlights include the meat sweatz (salami, pepperoni and chicken), straight outta hell (chicken, chillies, pepperoni and ‘nduja), and cheesus walks (smoked mozzarella, gorgonzola, goat’s cheese and spicy honey). Vegan options are three fold: vegan margherita, vegan hot one (peppers, red onions and chillies), and vegan Harlem truffle (crema tartufata base, vegan mozzarella and mushrooms).
Crust Bros. also offers its own take on bottomless brunch. This is £35 a head and only available at Waterloo, and for that you get 1.5 hours of unlimited pizza and prosecco or beer. Pizza toppings included are margherita, seven nation salami, white boy and the veggie hot one. Bottomless brunch must be booked in advance and is served every Saturday and Sunday between midday and 3:30pm.
