Copper Blossom is one of Edinburgh's favourite cocktail bars that is located on the famous George Street. But it's not only cocktails you can look forward to here, with a brilliantly paired food menu to choose from. On top of that, there's plenty of live entertainment and great events to keep you busy. But back to the cocktail list. There are deliciously classic favourites on the menu, along with signature specials and fun sharers, plus a fantastic selection of mocktails that everybody can enjoy.
To begin, order a selection of dishes for the table, including skin on fries with parmesan and smoked garlic mayo, and salt and chilli chips with cheese curd, sriracha mayo, sesame and coriander, and fluffy sourdough with nduja butter. Salads and sandwiches are great bites for lunchtime and smaller appetites, and this section includes a super tasty confit crispy duck salad with watermelon, cashews, Asian slaw and a soy and lime dressing. The small plates include tempura Korean cauliflower with spring onion, and crispy feta parcels with hot honey and sesame. The restaurant recommends that each diner orders around three dishes to enjoy – but they’re perfect to share. You can also enjoy tacos your way, with choices of chargrilled prawns, fried chicken and cauliflower, and a wide range of delicious sauces and fillings.
From the mains try the paneer tikka kebab with a rainbow cauliflower quinoa salad, spiced onions and flatbread, and the chicken Milanese with crispy fried quail’s eggs with anchovies, crispy capers and fries. Last but not least, dessert of a lemon meringue tart with raspberry sorbet, a Baby Guinness rich chocolate pot, and sticky toffee pudding with a rum and raisin ice cream.
