Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons. Our fresh fish is landed daily from the beach by Griggs, meat from Huntleys of Tenterden, eggs are free ranges hens at Coastal of Canterbury. Dishes are never over-elaborate and always allow the quality of the ingredients to shine through.
Our A la Carte is only available for tables of 10 or less, larger tables need to be booked via our Meeting and Events Office at which point our seasonal TDH menu will be offered.
