Canto Corvino is an all-day restaurant and bar in Spitalfields serving modern Italian dishes and creative cocktails. One of the biggest draws of Canto Corvino is its easily accessible location - found just a stone’s throw away from Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields Market, Canto Corvino is handily nestled between the City and Shoreditch, meaning it is equally suited to business lunches as it is to casual catch ups with friends.
The sleek dining room, created by the acclaimed B3 Designers, is a welcoming modern space which features exposed brick, artworks lining the walls and a large open kitchen allowing guests to see the chefs at work.
The a la carte is divided into the traditional Italian format, beginning with snacks such as rosemary focaccia or grilled artichoke hearts. The antipasti section features calamari fritti with lime and caper aioli, plus burrata Pugliese with roasted romano peppers and Cantabrian anchovies.
Pasta dishes can be ordered as a starter or main, and include lobster ravioli with chilli and marjoram, and clam linguine with courgettes and Bottarga. Order a secondi such as veal Milanese with fennel and radish salad for main course, or opt for something off the josper grill, like 40-day aged beef rump with crispy potatoes and girolles. To finish, you can’t go wrong with classics like tiramisu or a salted caramel chocolate tart.
Discover an Italian-leaning wine list with the menu divided into various regions of Italy, as well as a concise selection of wines from France and the ‘Rest of the World’. If it’s cocktails you’re after, a selection of ‘Canto Cocktail Creations’ includes the likes of a Spoiled Negroni made with Kahlua and Amaretto, and one named Doni made with lemongrass Soju, pomegranate, lime and soda.
Canto Corvino is always changing up its menus so keep an eye out for weekly specials and offers!
