Good, meaning a high quality product with a flavorful taste, clean meaning the naturalness in the way the product was produced and transported and fair, meaning adequate pricing and treatment for both the consumers and producers. We have an open kitchen where people can see how we cook their steaks our cooking techniques is slow heat and not high and fast to avoid any burning taste. Also we offer a table as long as you want to stay with us enjoying your dining experience like if you were at home. Our guests normally stay with us a minimum of 2hrs enjoying our exclusive cocktails, high quality wines and steaks.
