Having made a name for themselves with hip corner shop The Grocery, brothers Joss and Simeon Goodman have set up Bones, a restaurant next door. The new space, all high ceilings and exposed brick,
serves a selection of rotisserie (hence the name) as well as modern European dishes served in bite-size and sharing portions. On offer are the likes of chickpeas and smoked morcilla with honey and
paprika-cured pork loin, pigeon breast salad with toasted hazelnuts, vegetable crisps and aged balsamic, and medjadarah: a rice and lentil pilaf with sweet fried onions. Desserts change daily,
though promising early menu sightings have included rum five-spice chocolate mousse, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, stem ginger ice cream, and an apple frangipane. To drink, there are
cocktails, organic European wines and a healthy selection of brews on offer, including those from the Redchurch Brewery.
