Bem Brazil is an award winning Brazilian restaurant in Deansgate, Manchester. The Bem Brazil menu features a selection of succulent and smoky barbecued meats which can be carved at the table, as well as plenty of unlimited Brazilian side dishes, hot stews and cold salads.
The menu has both a lunch and evening section. You will find separate menus for drinks, and desserts. The main evening menu features dishes such as steak and cheese – rump tail stuffed with mozzarella, pork loin with parmesan and marbled smoked gammon. You will find a good selection of steaks to choose from including sirloin and ribeye, plus a number of chicken and lamb dishes.
Bem Brazil recommends you order 3-4 sides per meal, sides are unlimited for both lunch and dinner. They include hot dishes such as French fries, rice, cheese bread, deep fried polenta and beef stew, and cold dishes such as pesto pasta, coleslaw, couscous and spicy potato.
You can also choose from a range of sauces to accompany your dish including peppercorn, apple, barbeque and mint.
The homemade dessert menu includes dishes such as caramel pudding which is a popular Brazilian favourite, and a creamy cheesecake served with sweet guava coulis. There is also a hot chocolate fudge cake, plus sorbet and ice cream. The desserts menu also lists fresh coffee, liqueur coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
Bem Brazil has a large and varied drinks menu, including a large list of world-wines and bubbles. Wine can be ordered by the glass or bottle. There is also a good cocktail menu which covers classic cocktails such as the Mojito and Espresso Martini, as well as some speciality recipes such as the Coco Loco, made with Cachaca, butterscotch, coconut and pineapple.
