In the evening, be sure to try the pan roasted cod with wilted spinach, mushroom pearl barley, artichoke purée, enoki mushroom parmesan tuile and curry oil, or the king prawn and mussel linguine tossed in a Provençal sauce with samphire, shallots and fennel, topped with a garlic and herb butter. Dust things off with a lemon meringue tart served with fresh raspberries.
