Jamie Edwards is the kitchen operations director across Aqua Restaurant Groups' three sites, including Aqua Brasserie, Aqua Welsh Back and Aqua Portishead. Previously, he worked as the head chef at The HideawayBS9 in Bristol for four years, as well as a stint at DoubleTree by Hilton as executive chef, where he worked for two years. Jamie boasts 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, from time in chef roles to experience with managing budgets, leading teams and hitting targets.
