Albert's Schloss in Liverpool is a wunderbar filled with wooden decor, a Schnapps bar, roaring open fires and plenty of greenery. You’ll be sure to have a fantastic time here, whether you’re visiting for a quick breakfast, date drinks, or a dinner get together with friends. Breakfast is served between 9 and 11.30am, with cook haus dining available from 12 through to 10pm on Monday through to Saturday, and 12 to 9pm on Sundays. If you're going for bier halle dining instead, then service is between 12 and 6pm.

At Albert’s Schloss, the cook haus menu features a delicious assortment of traditional alpine delights, featuring European dishes like Tyrolean schnitzel, spaetzle, and fondue, all with a contemporary Schloss twist. Don’t forget to try the Schloss ‘klassics’ such as the crispy bier-battered fish and chips, humble pie, paprikash chicken, and a selection of other dishes. Immerse yourself in the cosy ambiance at Albert’s Schloss, surrounded by roaring fires, lively performances, tankards filled with Europe's finest bier, and be sure to have yourself a spectacular evening.

Kick off breakfast with a Bloody Mary, before enjoying the haus croissant made with sweet and slow cooked onions, gouda, Burford Brown fried eggs, crispy shallots, chives and curry ketchup, and then choose a topping from smoked back bacon, a Cumberland sausage or Moving Mountains meat free option. In the cook haus, enjoy small plates of pork and beef meatballs with mother sauces, or some crispy panko prawns with paprikash and Frankfurt sauce, or an alpine krokette with smoked bacon, gruyere cheese and aioli. In the bier halle, enjoy a currywurst plate with two klassic bratwursts, crispy onions, curry ketchup sauce and fries. Or, perhaps you'll opt for a Schloss klassic of sauerbraten beef Wellington, made from a slow-cooked feather blade of beef, truffle and mushroom duxelle, with roast carrot and shallots and a jus.
