When the occasion calls for something a little more private and a lot more impressive, The Beaumont’s dining, meeting, and event rooms have got your needs covered. Immerse yourself in the elegant charm of The Beaumont’s Art Deco interiors, designed by the world-renowned Thierry Despont to suit a variety of different occasions, from business meetings to baby showers. Drawing inspiration from 1920s New York, The Beaumont style combines roaring nostalgia and old-world luxury with a modern sophisticated touch.
Whether you’re hosting a seminar, conference, or a business dinner, a dedicated team of organised staff are on hand to create the best layout for your occasion. The Sergeant Room boasts mahogany panels, parquet flooring, and a hand-made boardroom table. It’s a versatile venue, equally equipped for a 20 person boardroom meeting or transformation into a banqueting hall for 30 guests.
For events requiring a little more space, the room can be opened up to allow access into the Lotos Room. Recently refurbished, the Lotos Room is decorated with portraits of the Hollywood photographer George Hurrell taken in the 1920s and 1930s. With unique mahogany and walnut furniture and plenty of mingling room, it’s well suited for drinks receptions of up to 60 as well as dining for a party of 45. Or, hire out the most spacious room, the Munnings Room, to seat 40 guests amidst the equestrian paintings of Alfred Munnings and George Stubbs.
The flagship restaurant - The Colony Grill Room - takes care of all culinary needs, creating a bespoke menu to suit your needs. The kitchen, headed by executive chef Ben Boeynaems, embraces the finest produce of the seasons with close attention to local sourcing. Anticipate classic dishes and bold flavour: roast Cornish cod with shredded squid and bouillabaisse sauce, for example. A dedicated organisational team is also on hand, to coordinate decoration, equipment, and layout.
