First up, why not enjoy some Nocellara olives, Valencian salted almonds and Cantabrian anchovies for the table? Then, Sonny Stores favours a traditionally Italian approach, warming things up with some antipasti. Share the likes of pizzetta covered with potato, fontina, olive and rosemary, alongside baby gem lettuce with ubriaco rosso, salted almonds and fried prosciutto, as well as sea bass crudo with Amalfi lemon, chilli, fennel herb and basil.
Onto the pasta course and we love the sound of the ricotta ravioli with slow-braised English peas and old Winchester, before tucking into mains such as roasted cod with clams, yellow beans and San Marzano tomatoes, or sirloin with borlotti beans, horseradish and crème fraîche. Finally, who could resist desserts like tiramisu, cherry and almond tart with crème fraîche, or meringue and raspberries.
