The British brasserie-style restaurant will be the first time that Michelin-starred chef and publican Tom Kerridge has launched a permanent offering in the capital.
Taking the place of
Corinthia Hotel London’s Italian restaurant Massimo, the space will be getting a refresh from David Collins Studio and will include its own dedicated entrance direct from the street.
Knowing that Massimo had a private dining room for 20, we’re eager to find out if Tom Kerridge’s project will too – more info as we have it. Elsewhere in the building, the hotel’s eight smart meeting rooms are the place for nitty-gritty business before client dinners.
Of the announcement, Tom Kerridge shared, ‘Corinthia Hotel London is one of London’s most prestigious hotels, and we are looking forward to doing what we do best – quality British cooking that is modern and exciting.'
