Event bookers will be pleased to know that the entire first floor of The Ivy Tower Bridge is now available for private hire for up to 150 guests for receptions and up to 52 for sit-down dinners.
Within the latest restaurant to spring up as part of The Ivy Collection, this spot will no doubt soon be known as one of the group’s best for its iconic vistas of Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and HMS Belfast.
Interiors feature bright primary colours, vintage prints and polished parquet flooring. Onyx bars seem to have become a staple in many of The Ivy Collection’s private spaces, and this one follows suit in an orange hue with antique brass-rod detailing.
Winter menus are in place at the moment and stick to tradition with a shepherd’s pie of slow braised lamb shoulder with beef and cheddar potato mash, plus 7oz fillet steaks and roast chicken with rosemary jus. Breakfast events really make the most of the views. A menu that includes poached hen’s eggs with avocado, tomato and sesame take the Instagram potential to the next level.

The restaurant is right next door to the newly opened Bridge Theatre, making it a good option for pre and post-theatre meals.
