Rogan is all set to open the capital’s smallest restaurant in a secret location this autumn. The eight seats inside can be reserved individually or you can book the whole space for a super high-end private dining experience.
Aulis London will be modelled on the Aulis in Cartmel that Rogan runs as the development kitchen for his two-Michelin star restaurant L’Enclume.
By day a culinary workshop and experimental hub for his upcoming restaurant Roganic in Marylebone, at night Aulis London will serve a tasting menu designed by chefs on the day featuring their latest dishes and ideas.
Of the project Rogan says, ‘Aulis London can give our customers a really up close and personal insight into how we operate. We are going to have a lot of fun there.’
Some Londoners might recognise the name too from when Rogan ran an Aulis at Claridge’s. This time round the set menu with wine pairings comes in at £250 a pop, giving it a price tag to match its level of exclusivity. Guests will be emailed the location and timings upon making a reservation.
