From designing menus to incorporate a themed event to providing serving staff and event management, D’Lights Event Catering is a well-rounded choice. Food comes via suppliers that specialise in organic, traceable and rare ingredients, and menus are culturally diverse – from gazpacho and oriental marinated king prawn brochettes canapés, to mains of basil and ricotta ravioli or barbecued Norfolk quail for sit-down dinners. The Natural History Museum, London Canal Museum and Hylands House are all affiliated venues, but catering can also be brought to private homes, temporary structures and outdoor parties in the summer months.
