To celebrate its fifth anniversary,
The London Cabaret Club will be bringing its new show, Queen of Roses, to the art deco
Bloomsbury Ballroom. Even more exciting though is that SquareMeal readers have been given the opportunity to see a performance in the grand space with four complimentary tickets to the show.
Running at the West End venue every Friday and Saturday, it’ll be a showcase of the glamourous history of Britain’s queens (the royal ones). Queen Elizabeth I, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II will be in focus with food inspired from key moments of each of their lives.
The 1920s
Bloomsbury Ballroom is well set up for large-scale private events. Cars can pull right up to the Grade II-listed building and Holborn tube is close by. The main Ballroom has a built-in stage beneath tall ceilings and art-deco windows, and AV is included (six large screens and projectors). The adjacent Rose Room can stand alone with its own large bar, while the Long Bar is much as it sounds, and a useful breakout space or green room.
