Pétrus is a Michelin Star restaurant in Mayfair, London, founded and devised by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. For this, the capacity is 60 for seated, and 80 for a standing drinks and canapes-style reception.
Another option would be to book out the kitchen table for an exclusive experience, watching the chefs first hand and have each dish explained to you. For this, eight people can attend, and it will certainly impress a client or small group of friends or family.

This starts with tomato tart, burrata, basil and ponzu, followed by Isle of Skye scallop with coastal herbs, lemon and olive oil sabayon, alongside Cornish cod, Trombetta courgette, mussel and bouillabaisse. While sweet dishes might look like raspberry and lemon verbena sorbet, as well as Plaisir sucre with chocolate cremeux, hazelnut and milk.
