Why you should book a conference at Somerset House

Somerset House has launched day delegate rate packages for smaller conferences for the first time in its historic Navy Board Rooms. What’s so special about that? The rooms are a set of 18th-century rooms that were once home to the Navy Board for overseeing British Naval affairs – pretty cool. Did we mention the views of the river too?
Accessed via the Nelson Stair, the three rooms are flooded with natural light and offer a 60-seated theatre with flexibility for catering and breakout spaces. Prices depends on what catering option you go for.
Onsite caterer Bryn Williams Events has devised three menu categories with an emphasis on sustainability, seasonality and provenance. You can choose between a luxury sandwich menu (£105pp), fork buffet (£110pp), and canapé and bowl food (£114pp).
Want to offer something a little bit different to your delegates? The venue’s rich history means they can delve into it with specially arranged historical tours or an exhibition.
Somerset House’s preferred AV and production suppliers, Broadsword, will provide the very latest AV equipment. Also included within the package will be a dedicated event planner who can take care of every detail required.
