Keith Prowse is the official hospitality provider for Wimbledon 2019

The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) has appointed Keith Prowse as its exclusive official hospitality provider for The Championships, Wimbledon, for a five-year period starting from this year.

Taking away the burden of choice from events professionals and simplifying the route to market, Keith Prowse will be the sole provider of corporate hospitality at The Championships. The AELTC has been working together with Keith Prowse in various capacities since 1982, but this announcement represents the next phase in their partnership. At Wimbledon 2019, Keith Prowse will offer various corporate hospitality packages, offering Centre Court tickets and various dining options to VIP guests.

Packages to choose from include Rosewater Pavilion, which can host private tables for between 2-12 guests. Rosewater Pavilion is the first hospitality restaurant within the grounds and also guarantees Centre Court tickets and an interaction with a tennis celebrity.

Another available package is The Lawn, which can host tables of two or more and features an outdoor garden with live music, as well as a whisky and cigar bar. Guests utilising this package will also be given tickets to either Centre Court or No.1 Court.

For a truly luxury experience, guests can instead opt for the Centre Court Sky View Suites. As the name suggests, these suites offer a bird’s eye view of Centre Court for 10 or 20 guests, as well as a four-course à la carte menu and chauffeur and concierge services.

Speaking about the partnership with Keith Prowse, Mick Desmond, Commercial & Media Director of the AELTC, said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Keith Prowse as our exclusive hospitality provider for the next five years. The AELTC engaged in a rigorous tender process, which was overseen by International Stadia Group, before choosing our preferred supplier. The submission by Keith Prowse showed an unmatched understanding of our business and heritage, and demonstrated a clear view of the opportunities presented by unifying our offering to create a single official Wimbledon hospitality experience.”

Andy Vinsen, Managing Director of Keith Prowse, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and are looking forward to continuing our great partnership with Wimbledon. We already have an award-winning proposition and are excited at the opportunity to take a holistic approach to hospitality spanning inside and outside of the Grounds, doing what we do best; define, build and deliver world-class hospitality experiences.”
