The centrepiece of the venue is the rustic barn, which can seat up to 150 guests for dinner. Its warm, welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by twinkling fairy lights, bunting, and festoon lighting, all of which are provided to help create a magical setting. For those who want to add personal touches, the farm offers access from Friday, giving you time to decorate and prepare in a relaxed environment, and the team are even happy to add their own bunting and sweet decorations before you arrive if you’d like. And, after a full day of festivities on Saturday, guests can come together for a hearty brunch on the Sunday, to share stories of the weekend and soothe the hangover.

For those who love the outdoors, the stunning stretch tent is a highlight. Lit up with fairy lights and offering hay bales for seating, it transitions effortlessly from dinner to dancing, making it an ideal party space. Add a touch of local flavour by featuring beer from the farm's onsite brewery, Gun Brewery. Brewery tours and tastings are available, providing a fun and interactive experience for guests - particularly for corporate off-sites looking to add a unique twist.

To round off the experience, Hawthbush Farm offers beautifully converted cottages for overnight stays. Combining eco-conscious design with luxurious comfort, these accommodations can sleep up to 13 people and feature wood-fired heating, French doors that open to scenic views, and even a cedar hot tub for post-party relaxation.
