This huge brasserie-style venue is bringing a bit of greenery to the City with an allotment-themed pop-up for three months from 22 June.
The space will be decorated with potted herbs, gardening gear and fresh produce, and will include a private dining area for two in a greenhouse. It’s that great British garden fruit the tomato inspiring the menu, so expect dishes like tomato tartare and focaccia topped with salsa verde and (you guessed it) tomato. If you're plotting something bigger, opt to hire out the whole area and serve sharing platters.
Botanical cocktails like a classic paloma with a minty twist complement the food, and there’s even a garden shed doubling as a photo booth.
We always like it when a pop-up extends to private dining spaces, so that our readers can offer something new and seasonal to guests. You can see what this one’s like for yourself just by answering the question below. Get it right and you could win a table for two worth £130.
