Tewinbury is a working farm, boutique hotel, country house and rustic barn venue, all across one site. For over 30 years, the team here have been hosting celebrations and know their stuff when it comes to how to plan the party of the year.
There are six spaces to take over for your festive shindig, depending on the mood you want to create and capacity. The Meadow Barn is the largest of the lot, a marquee-style space with capacity for 350 guests seated or even a whopping 500 standing. If you're trying to organise a bash for your entire company, this could be the one. This space is a blank canvas, so you can really make it your own with an abundance of festive decorations.
The most popular space is The Tythe Barn, a 17th-century structure with stunning period features like wooden overhead beams and a maisonette balcony. A few fairy lights and this space just sparkles, so you don't need to go wild on decorations and it has the added benefit of a private garden. Here, the capacity is 160 guests seated or 250 standing.
For an end-of-year dinner, The Millstream Suite is a lovely private dining space with a capacity of 60 guests seated and with views out to the countryside. It can also be used for more informal soirees with a capacity of 100 guests standing.
Finally, Kingsbridge House is a handsome manor with six ensuite bedrooms, a cinema, games room, lounge and dining area. If you're focusing on just one team, this is a great place for team building and bonding, where you can cook for yourselves and play games.
