While a Nikkei Peruvian restaurant and Pisco bar doesn't sound the most typically festive venue for an office Christmas party - isn't fun to do something a little different? And, let's be honest, with a whole month of turkey and trimmings on the cards, who wouldn't love the chance to indulge in a diverse menu boasting a blend of flavours and top-notch ingredients.
If you don't already know Señor Ceviche, this vibrant restaurant has a fantastic location in the heart of Soho, just within the buzzy Kingly Court. Here, chefs bring together the many, many influences across Peruvian cuisine, spanning Spanish, European, Chinese, South American and particularly Japanese, for richly-flavoured dishes using a variety of cooking techniques, too.
For Christmas, the team at Señor Ceviche are welcoming groups of up to 24 diners to enjoy communal-style dining across one central table, or smaller groups can sit throughout the dining room. For more than eight guests, Señor Ceviche has developed some delicious-sounding set menus, with two different price options available. For example, the Barranco Banquet features 11 of the most popular dishes on the menu, from the Tequeños and ceviche, to the seared Atlantic Cod with mussels and whole roasted pork shoulder marinated in aji panca paste and Peruvian gravy.
Depending on the package you choose, you can also enjoy a welcome signature Pisco Sour which combines Sol de Plata pisco, egg white and sour mix, with garnishes of your choice, such as passion fruit, spiced pineapple, chilli or Peruvian herbs. The cocktail menu is extensive - which we think your group will love - and features some fun twists like the homemade Pisco shooters, infused with raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, peach and hibiscus. Sounds delicious, right?
Thanks to the brilliant location, you can easily go to bars or clubs after your meal to keep the night going and celebrate the end of the year properly.
