Roka Mayfair’s delicious Japanese food, buzzy atmosphere and luxurious interiors have made it a popular Christmas party destination for many years, with private and corporate party-goers all descending on this snazzy Mayfair hotspot. Before you even reach the restaurant, part of the appeal is the excellent location - Roka Mayfair is easily walkable from Marble Arch and Bond Street stations, and sat in prime territory for those who want to relax after a hard day’s Christmas shopping with some premium sushi and cocktails.
Inside, Roka Mayfair features the same slick, modern interior design that has made the group a smash hit all over the world. Solid timber chairs and tables join geometric slatted ceilings and moody lighting to create a restaurant with a real atmosphere. Also contributing is the buzzy open kitchen, where counter diners can perch and watch chefs operating the robata grill.
Roka Mayfair also boasts a semi-private dining room - the Adzuki - at the far end of the restaurant, which can be hired for Christmas bookings. Inside the Adzuki you’ll find a long banqueting table that seats up to 24 guests for a big festive celebration meal.
Guests can pre-order from one of two sharing tasting menus. The two menus differ in price point, with the slightly more expensive premium menu featuring some more luxury ingredients, as well as Roka’s signature black cod marinated in yuzu miso. Both menus have a huge range of Roka classics to enjoy, taking in a spectrum of sushi, sashimi, robata grill dishes and finishing things off with a Roka dessert platter.
Don’t forget Roka’s impressive drinks selection either, which includes wines, beers, and signature cocktails developed by Roka’s in-house mixologists.
