To start, enjoy red carlin pea whip with kale oil and pickled chard stem or herb baked potato bread with pickles and Ivy House clotted cream butter. From the fire there are options of cured and rolled pork belly with preserved orange, cavolo nero and juniper, along with an incredible retired dairy 60 day aged beef with black kale salsa.
All mains come with parsnip hash brown, purple sprouting broccoli with smoked walnut sauce and Pythouse Farm organic egg yolk, along with chargrilled celeriac with burnt apple, Marmite butter, sage and hazelnuts. Last but not least, try the Pump Street chocolate and chestnut cremeux with praline cream or apple and hazelnut tart.
